We are happy to announce the new version 10.05 of the Genode OS Framework. This version brings many functional improvements, most notably a new configuration concept that allows for the definition of arbitrary client-server relationships and least-privilege policies. We also want to highlight the new audio infrastructure, which enables the playback and mixing of multiple audio streams on popular PC sound hardware. To increase the productivity for developers, there is a new build system, improving the performance on multi-processor systems.
