Please verify if your build directory has enough space. If it has 100%
utilization, it would have created a truncated uboot image.

Well, the problem is already stated above the ERROR message: "Verifying
Checksum ... Bad Data CRC". That means the bootloader u-boot verified
that your uImage is corrupted. Either it was never created completely
and correctly, or you did not load it into memory completely. I would
start investigating the latter one.
