Today, we proudly released version 24.11 of the Genode OS Framework.

This version delivers the long anticipated support for multi-monitor setups, which motivated an overhaul of the entire GUI stack, from the driver interfaces, over the GUI server(s), up to the application level. A second highlight is the added compatibility to platforms based on the i.MX8MP SoC, in particular the MNT Pocket Reform laptop.
Those of you who kept an eye on our previous releases this year may have noticed the successive advances of our Goa SDK. The current release complements this work with a new book "Genode Applications" that puts Goa front and center for the development of applications for Genode and Sculpt OS in particular. The book can be downloaded for free at the https://genode.org website.
