Please follow Stefan's advice and extend RUN_OPT as described above.

Yes I have extend RUN_OPT += --include image/uboot before giving make run/tz_vmm_mx6.
Still uImage is not found in var/run/tz_vmm_mx6/ folder. Only image.elf and boot_modules.s were found in the folder.
Please suggest.

Did you really wrote the RUN_OPT extension into etc/build.conf? It is not possible anymore to deliver RUN_OPT via the command-line, because is gets overwritten by the setting in etc/build.conf.
