2. Would there be a live streaming of this event for people that can't attend? Or a recorded version? (I don't understand Deutsch unfortunately!)

No worries about not understanding German, the event will be in English :)

While the links are not live yet, it seems that the talk will be streamed at https://streaming.media.ccc.de/ds2024 and a recording should be available after the event at https://media.ccc.de/c/DS2024 .
