You are right. Yes, I don't want to replace the old article with my
translation of the original english article without discussion with
the original article authors. Instead, I want to create my translation
draft first, and then discuss it with the authors of the original
russian article (what to enhance in it and how we should merge
the content of both articles). I think, the content of both articles
will complement each other, so we need to join the content of
both, removing some info which is outdated.
