usage of lxip

Hi Johannes,

to use lxip you have to add lib/vfs/lxip to your build components and
the resulting lxip.lib.so and vfs_lxip.lib.so to your boot modules.
Also, you need to add something like

<dir name="socket"> <lxip dhcp="yes"/> </dir>

to your vfs root directory.
