Actually 2 times that, 256 MB.
But in this case I would need to COMPILE / BUILD TinyCore from source.
At least the kernel. 
I found this file with the following set:http://tinycorelinux.net/6.x/x86/release/src/kernel/config-3.16.6-tinycoreCONFIG_BLK_DEV_RAM=y
CONFIG_BLK_DEV_RAM_COUNT=8
CONFIG_BLK_DEV_RAM_SIZE=8192yielding a limit of 64 M.You are suggesting to get the patched kernel and build it?http://tinycorelinux.net/6.x/x86/release/src/kernel/linux-3.16.6-patched.txz
