Just to clarify: Core is no dynamic binary (on all platforms beside
the very special lx_hybrid) and therefore needs no ld.lib.so. That
implies the build system does not build ld.lib.so when core is built.
Run a

  file -L build/<platform>/core/core

to validate this.
