HelenOS kernel (Spartan) as a Genode platform

Hi Paul,

as Stefan already mentioned I am still working on this project. My current
progress can be found at [1], which is the branch I am currently working
on. As a matter of fact I had to rework the complete IPC framework, which I
managed to complete just yesterday. Still, the portation is far from being
done, but I do hope to finish it some day.
If you are interested in some information on the problems I have to cope
with and which methods I used to resolve them, you may want to have a look
at [2]. This article shortly summarizes the status of my work at the end of
the GSoC 2012.
If you have any questions or suggestions you are very welcome to share
those.
