thank you for participating in our yearly brainstorming!

At the end of the day, it always comes down to personal motivation. Your 
signs of appreciation play no small role in that. Sometimes, a thought 
like "John will like it!" gives me quite a boost. ;-)

It's great knowing that you are on board for the upcoming "field test".
