scp, shell and noux

Hi Stefan,
As far as I understand it (I wasn't involved in the transition that
much) the libc overtook the role of the former noux environment (by
gaining execv and fork support). So, AFAIK, the best way would be
linking your port against libc (plus it's plugins and the vfs).
Maybe [1] will be of help here.
