Genode::Slave::Policy::resolve_session_request() should be virtual

Currently, Genode's Slave API is designed to create child components and
request services from them. However, it does not allow the parent component
to provide services to the child. Making
Genode::Slave::Policy::resolve_session_request() virtual would fix this.
