Running demo on Virtualbox

It was a silly thing after all: I was expecting run/demo to run X
itself or run on framebuffer somehow, so I didn't actually have X
started.
Starting X and doing `DISPLAY=:0 make run/demo` did it.
I'll move on to actually writing code now.
