Ben,

I've another question: Do you have Linux running on the machine? Then
please also add the output of

  sudo lshw -sanitize -numeric

to your branch. The reasoning about potential causes of the issue
would be much easier. Currently, I expect the usage of the legacy IRQ
11 to be the problem.
