Enabling the libc_fs plugin

just to clarify things (which we thought would not be necessary): This
is the Genode mailing list and therefore you will reach *all* of the
Genode staff members. If you want to contact Norman directly, please
send an Email to his personal account. By the way, Norman is not
involved in the "rump kernels" approach. Even though this might be
nitpicking: Genode is a team and not a single person. Please keep that
in mind.
