Announcement: Genode OS Framework version 14.05 released

Genode 14.05 comes with a strong focus on framework scalability. We
extend our C runtime with per-process virtual file system support.
Now, programs seamlessly integrate with separate file-system services
to distinct concerns like web-server configuration and data. Also, we
introduce a new concept for integrating third-party software in form
of one unified port tool. The highlights of the fresh release are

  - New tools for managing ported 3rd-party source code
  - New block-level encryption using CDG
  - New process-local virtual file systems
  - NOVA microhypervisor
    - VirtualBox with guest additions
    - Support for static priorities
  - Execution on bare hardware (base-hw)
    - Multi-processor support
    - Sparsely populated core address space
  - USB 3.0 on x86-based platforms
