genode on pandaboard

I've tried using 'sudo sync', but still nothing different

this is my SD Card Output after doing 'dd'

then this is the setup of my serial line's minicom

after I saved my setup and exit it won't initialized on my minicom
I've connect all I/O device and pandaboard power
