Gentoo portage overlay

Hello Genodians,

I just created a small Portage overlay which includes the Genode
toolchain.

https://github.com/blitz/blitz-overlay

You'll find the toolchain under sys-devel/genode-toolchain. I hope this
is useful to anybody.
