first contact

hallo together,

i am a phd student at tum (muenchen) und i-med (med uni innsbruck. 

i tryed today to us scupt-tc.img result
on a lenovo g400 "black" screan
on a lenovo x201 only the left upper ( net, devices) 
no other tool.

what can i do that both work?
