Sculpt - Boot from USB and Save configurations for a reboot

I  have used USB to boot up Sculpt demo.

I have a problem to use USB to add more components since the system keeps
complaining downloading error. Instead I am using RAM and adding more
components to Sculpt.

How to save Scuplt configurations for system reboot.
