According to the Intel Architectures
Software Developer’s Manual, not all CPUs may implement MTRR. (Chapter
MTRR Feature Identification).

Looking at the Mtrr:init() code, there seem to be a feature check
missing. If you adhere to the Intel manual documentation, you should be
able to implement and test this check.
