prepare Qt5 port fails

Hi Pirmin,

I can confirm this problem. Also I couldn't find this file at any place, there 
are multiple servers that show this file in the cache on Google but I couldn't 
find any that still has it.

In the mean time I still had a prepared port so I could upload the file to [1].
I also attach a patch for the port here.

I hope I could help you, I currently also need the Qt5 port.
