Run sculpt under Xen domU

I just tried this with 'make KERNEL=nova run/sculpt_test' and got at
least some log output on the console. But I think it can't work right
now because of missing support for memory mapped PCI configuration space
access in Xen, which is required by Genode's platform driver since
release 18.05.

This is what happens when I try to run the demo scenario:

There is a patch for Xen HVM guests on the Qemu mailing list which might
help with this problem, but I don't know about its current state:
