How to build L4android with genode

Hi ChenZhen,

the run script was removed last July because it remained unused for a
long time:


https://github.com/genodelabs/genode/commit/600753b8b7a98ca70454771cf6ac072feccccbdd

You may revert the commit above and go from there. The run script may
need a few adaptations to the current version of Genode though.
