SMC in tz_vmm

Hi,

Have a look at section "World switch between non-secure world and secure
world" in http://genode.org/documentation/articles/trustzone. There it
says "Given this approach, the software stack running in the secure
world must not execute the smc instruction. This drastically simplifies
the assembler world-switch routine."
