Linux: ELF or RAW Binary File

Hello all,

My query is not related to Genode, But still if some one help me in this
that will be a great help for me.

Actually, I am trying to build linux source code and that is successfully
build. I got a uImage which is successfully running on the ARM board.

But I want to create .elf or .bin image of kernel to load.
Can some body help me to create these file.?
