missing pcre-8.30.tar.bz2 on make prepare(libports)

Hi all,

is anyone getting error

"No rule to make target `libssl.lib', needed by `qt5_network.lib'.  
Stop."

compiling libports. There is not libssl.mk which describe libssl 
compilation process, what am I missing?
