genode qt4: toolbutton on the titelbar can not be used

Hi,
I write an application based on qt-launchpad.I find the
toolbutton(min,max,close) on the top of a qt-dialog can not be uesd.
This error happens in launchpad application and all the dialog application
started by the launchpad.
How can I fix it?
