Issue in run/demo using foc_imx53 biuld directory

Hi,

thank you for pointing to this issue. The problem is here some
interference of timer implementations for different platforms. I've
opened a new issue for this in out issue tracker on github:

  http://github.com/genodelabs/genode/issues/688

It'll get fixed soon.
