13.05 Release libports make prepare fails...

Hello Bob,

thanks for reporting. The problem is caused by a change at Sourceforge.
Downloading repository snapshots as tar.bz2 archives apparently does not
work anymore. We changed the download location used by Genode via the
following patch:


https://github.com/genodelabs/genode/commit/b2644e9820fab96221c17da19e41402e6a71806f

The fix is already scheduled to be merged into Genode's master branch.
