If I read the manpage correctly '-P' does not need arguments. A quick
test

  touch /tmp/c.c
  /usr/local/genode-gcc/bin/genode-arm-cpp -P -DFOOBAR /tmp/c.c /tmp/c.E

also worked without problems.

Did I miss something?
