Hi Sam,
LDSO isn't supported by now for Genode/Fiasco.OC, please have a look at
the current limitations of Genode's Fiasco.OC port:

Nevertheless, in all likelihood this problem isn't related to LDSO. In
general, init always gripes at startup, when there is no ldso binary.
But it only needs it, when it has to start dynamically linked binaries -
whereby the current version of L4Linux for Genode is statically linked.
