Hello,

 

I downloaded the git repository  git clone git://github.com/genodelabs/genode.git

and configuring the

    foc_x86_64 configuration.

 

Running it with 

     make run/demo

it didn't work, because the fb_drv ist missing in the bin - directory.

 

Comparing the version with the genode_13.05 - Snapshot, I find out, that 

cd os/src/drivers/framebuffer/

 cp -r ~/genode-13.05/os/src/drivers/framebuffer/vesa/ .

 

solves the problem and the demo runs as expected.

 

Why is the component is not in the git-repository ?
