We recently moved the fb_drv from the os repository to libports as it
depends on the third-party x86emu library. To build the fb_drv please
do the following steps

* In the Genode source directory do

  make -C libports prepare PKG=x86emu

* Uncomment the following line in <build directory>/etc/build.conf

  REPOSITORIES += $(GENODE_DIR)/libports
